Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Electric Blue Bee Bop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Processing times are separate from shipping times. Many of our products are handcrafted and made to order. A high volume of orders may delay processing times. If it is going to be a significant delay we will notify you by email.
Changing or Cancelling an order. You have 12 hours to change or cancel an order after placing it. Once an order has gone into production it cannot be cancelled. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
While we strive to keep current with our parcel carriers shipping times, occasionally there are delays in the shipping times due to high volume, especially during the holidays. Natural disasters can also delay shipping times. Once we have shipped a parcel, and it is in the parcel carrier’s possession, delays are out of our control.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active after 24 hours.
Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping Rates are as follows:
$5.00 Flat Rate shipping for orders $0.00–$34.99
Free shipping on orders $35.00 and over
International Shipping Rates:
$20.00 Flat Rate shipping on all orders
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Electric Blue Bee Bop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.)
Damages
Electric Blue Bee Bop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Also, in the event your item does arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible at andrea@electricbluebeebop.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Production and Shipping Times
Production times refer to the time it takes to process an order and ready it for shipping. Please be advised that some orders will be shipped separately, and the customer will receive a tracking number for each package.
Production and Processing days are Business Days, Monday to Friday, (excluding weekends and holidays).
